Our Dream
Imagine the power of bringing together the relational influence and the collective stories and experiences of an alliance of church planting networks with an over 90% success rate in planting healthy, growing, high-impact new churches. Exponential Network serves as an intermediary and advocate for the alliance members and a community for the unaffiliated to affiliate. As the alliance expands and continues to deliver solid 100X impact results, an increasing number of Kingdom-minded leaders are inspired to invest their time, talent, and treasure in new church work. Results fuel growth and momentum, which fuel additional growth.
The result: an exponentially increasing number of new, high-impact reproducing churches.
Our Focus and Values
1. High-Impact Church Plants (Results) - We seek to experience 100X impact in all that we do. Every dollar and every hour invested reaps a harvest far greater than the investment. We value multiplication, impact and results as measured by the number of people finding Jesus Christ through healthy new churches.
We do this by aligning with the leading networks that are planting healthy, high-impact, reproducing churches that grow and reach people. High-impact churches reach the lost, serve their communities, release their members for Kingdom multiplication, reproduce additional churches, are a solid return on financial investment, have momentum and are growing, and are financially self-sufficient within 2 years of launch. 2. Network of Networks - We seek to be an alliance where the influence of the collective is greater than the sum of the parts. We will seek to adhere to the ideals of “you can do it, we can help” and “our fruit grows on other people’s trees”. We exist to serve those who are already delivering proven results to help multiply their efforts.
We do this by building collaborative alliances of the top church planting leaders, churches, and networks that collectively have shown a rock solid commitment to church planting and are producing solid, credible results with 100X impact (and 90+% success). 3. National Voice and Influence - We seek to provide a national voice in church planting that inspires, encourages, equips and challenges leaders of all sorts to more fully engage and cooperate with God in the Great Commission through church planting.
We do this through a broad and growing array of content distribution channels and platforms (e.g. Exponential Conference, Signature book series, ExponentialChannel.com, Converge, Partnerships, etc) that create national visibility and influence. 4. Affiliation for the Unaffiliated - We seek to provide a platform of diverse heritages, models and approaches that becomes the obvious and desired community for the unaffiliated to affiliate.
We do this by creating a national reputation for results and by creating pathways to our alliance members. 5. Kingdom Entrepreneurs - We seek to work with receptive leaders who share our vision and values and to build on existing islands of health and strength (to join in where God is already on the move). We seek to help Kingdom minded entrepreneurs and philanthropists invest their time, talent and treasures in a rock solid alliance that is multiplying and delivering results.
We do this by serving as an intermediary and advocate to help Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs, philanthropists, organizations, and churches to invest their time, talent, and treasure in church planting. Click here to learn more about opportunities.
6. Decentralized Structures – We seek to champion church planting without building organizational structures and hierarchies. We seek to diligently remain missional with 100% of gifts flowing directly to the planting activities of alliance members. (i.e. to those producing the results described above).
